Rules

CloudPVP is about fair, skill-based fights. These rules keep it that way for everyone, in game and on our Discord. By joining either, you agree to them.

Last updated: October 18, 2026

These rules apply on the CloudPVP game server, in every gamemode. They are part of our Terms of Service. Staff may also act against behaviour that clearly goes against their spirit, even if it is not listed here.

§1 Fair play

  1. 1.1

No cheating. Mod menus, injectors, aimbots, triggerbots, ESP or wallhacks, no-recoil scripts, macros and any other software that gives you an advantage are forbidden. Running such software while you play is enough, whether you say you used it or not.

  2. 1.2

No exploits. Using bugs, glitches or map holes to gain an advantage is forbidden. Report them to the staff on our Discord instead of using or spreading them.

  3. 1.3

No advantage from game modifications. Graphics mods are fine as long as they only change the look. Anything that removes or thins out foliage, props, fog, shadows or effects, makes players easier to see or changes how weapons behave counts as cheating.

  4. 1.4

Leave the anticheat alone. Trying to block, bypass, fool or test the anticheat is forbidden.

  5. 1.5

Items, coins, XP or stats gained through cheating or an exploit are removed, also from players who knowingly profited from them.

§2 Gameplay

  1. 2.1

No combat logging. Leaving the game, crashing on purpose or switching modes to escape a fight you are in or to keep your loot is forbidden.

  2. 2.2

Play the mode as it is meant to be played. In Free For All and Open Arena everyone fights alone, so teaming up is forbidden. In Streetfight you fight for your own team. In Extinction you may team up with your squad and your gang, but not form alliances with other squads or gangs.

  3. 2.3

No kill farming or boosting. Arranging kills, deaths or Arena results with friends or a second account to gain XP, coins, levels or leaderboard places is forbidden.

  4. 2.4

No spawn camping. Do not wait at spawn points, team bases or the edge of a SafeZone to kill players who have just spawned or are about to leave.

  5. 2.5

No griefing. Ruining the game for others on purpose is forbidden, for example by blocking spawns, exits or garages with vehicles, or by throwing Arena matches.

§3 Trading and economy

  1. 3.1

No real-money trading. Selling or buying coins, items, vehicles or accounts for real money, gift cards, items in other games or anything else of real value is forbidden.

  2. 3.2

No scamming. Trade only through the trade window (/trade). Promising something outside of it, faking offers or lying about what you hand over is forbidden.

  3. 3.3

Check the trade window before you confirm. A trade you confirmed is final and is not reversed.

§4 Chat and conduct

  1. 4.1

Be respectful. Insults, harassment, threats and discrimination of any kind (racism, antisemitism, sexism, homophobia and others) are forbidden. Banter about the game is fine as long as it stays about the game and never gets personal.

  2. 4.2

No spam. No flooding, repeated messages, walls of text or excessive caps.

  3. 4.3

No advertising. Do not promote other servers, communities, shops or services.

  4. 4.4

No private data. Sharing private information about others (real names, addresses, photos, IP addresses) or threatening to do so is forbidden.

  5. 4.5

Clean names. In-game names, gang names, tags, avatars, banners and descriptions must not be offensive, sexual or extremist and must not copy staff members or other players.

§5 Accounts and staff

  1. 5.1

You must be at least 18 years old to play, as Grand Theft Auto V is rated 18.

  2. 5.2

One account per person. You are responsible for everything that happens on your account, so do not share it. Using another account to get around a ban or mute is forbidden.

  3. 5.3

Follow the instructions of the staff. If you disagree with a decision, open a support request on our Discord instead of arguing in the game chat.

  4. 5.4

Do not pretend to be staff, and do not claim to speak for the staff.

  5. 5.5

Report rule breakers on our Discord, with a clip or screenshot whenever you can. False reports made on purpose are a breach of these rules themselves.

§6 Sanctions and appeals

Staff decide case by case, based on how serious the breach is and how often it happened.

  1. 6.1

Sanctions are a warning, a kick, a mute, or a temporary or permanent ban. A ban can apply to your account and to your device.

  2. 6.2

Cheating and attacks on our servers lead to a permanent ban without warning. The anticheat can also sanction automatically.

  3. 6.3

You can see your active and past sanctions, with their reasons, in your player panel.

  4. 6.4

Appeals go through a support request on our Discord. Every appeal is reviewed fairly; there is no right to a particular decision.
